Shipping Policy

DELIVERY AREA

The PRODUCTS offered on our website are available for standard delivery to the shipping addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the checkout process. It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Your order will be delivered to your specified address within 7 to 11 business days.

The time required to prepare the order, process the invoice, and the real-time stock availability of the products are indicated on our WEBSITE. These processing and delivery periods exclude weekends and official public holidays. An automated confirmation email will be sent to the CUSTOMER as soon as the PRODUCTS are shipped, provided that the email address registered during checkout is accurate.

DELIVERY COSTS

During the checkout procedure, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER of the available delivery methods, shipping rates, and estimated delivery frames for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected delivery method. Unless free shipping is explicitly provided at checkout, shipping fees will be added to the final price of the PRODUCTS and paid by the CUSTOMER. DELIVERY TERMS

Packages are delivered directly to the CUSTOMER or an authorized recipient. In the event of absence at the time of delivery, a delivery notice/slip will be left at the CUSTOMER's address, providing instructions on how and where to collect the package at the designated local postal center or courier office.

DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS

The CUSTOMER is informed of the estimated delivery date at the final step of the online ordering procedure before confirming the purchase. Standard deliveries shall be completed within a maximum period of thirty (30) days.

If the delivery is not fulfilled within this timeframe, the CUSTOMER may formally request the SELLER to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period. If the delivery is still not completed, the CUSTOMER reserves the right to terminate the contract. Upon termination, the SELLER will refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, without undue delay, using the same payment method utilized for the purchase.

The SELLER remains responsible for the integrity of the PRODUCT until it is successfully delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded to inspect the package upon receipt and has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier and our support team of any visible damage or partial loss noticed at the time of delivery.
